That Wide World of Susan Wong (TWWoSW) is a specialized company offering assistance to all the various DMC’s, travel companies and cruise lines in a variety of destinations, with a clear focus on providing its partners with excellent and efficient services, providing staffing, tour guides and logistical support in specialized areas within the travel, convention and cruise business including airport operations, hotel and convention services, cruise line operations, tours and excursions.

Our aim is to become an extension of your company in all destinations where we operate, growing and developing the business together to achieve your goals. Our common goal is to provide a seamless bridge from start to completion of your program from 1 to 3,500 guests. TWWoSW has delivered a variety of services from meet and greet airport assistance, coach transfer services, airport staffing assistance, hotel hospitality assistance, local tour guide assistance, step on guides, varied tour group programs, VIP and luxury tours for dozens of companies including: Coach America, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Rose Bowl, NCL Cruise Lines, Princess Cruises, Integrated Transportation Services, and most recently the LAX FlyAway Bus Service.

Owner, Susan Wong is a graduate of West LA College with an Associates Degree in travel; she also attended Santa Monica College with studies in international tour management. With a 20+ year background in cruise line management, tour director and guide, and as a Program Manager for several top companies, this affords their customers/clients the most creative, solutions to their needs.

TWWoSW contributes to the local community by providing pro-bono guide overview service to guides working through Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Board, Susan is President of the Culver City Chamber Orchestra and Lieutenant Governor for Optimist International Clubs for the Pacific Southwest district.

As an instructor and lecturer, Susan Wong teaches courses on how to be a tour guide and currently directs an 18 hour course to experienced guides as well as those aspiring to becoming a tour guide. Foreign languages are a plus.
